This platform is tailored to support independent travel advisors worldwide, offering various process automation tools compatible with Travelport Smartpoint and Galileo Desktop.
Within this edition, users have the ability to craft a basic traveller profile. This includes capturing essential details such as the traveller's full name, some contact details, passport information, onboard preferences, and memberships with their preferred airlines, hotels, or car hire.
These inputs are seamlessly converted into the required GDS entries for creating a PAR in a straightforward four-step process. Additionally, for PWA users ONLY, we've integrated our Airfare Enquiry Generator. This feature is particularly useful for beginners, teaching them the correct codes for one-way, return, multi-stop, and round-the-world (RTW) airfare requests. While these entries are presented in single lines, our Agency Edition further includes fare shopper entries, aiding in crafting and storing more complex itinerary formats.
Our booking calculator is another highlight. It's an invaluable tool designed to accurately calculate your enquiries, ensuring your new team members never misquote a booking. (not that they would, but we're all human after all :-)

The booking calculator included in our Agency Edition allows you to amalgamate every aspect of your booking, calculating the aggregate charge for your client. This efficient tool integrates smoothly with various payment gateways your agency might use, such as Stripe, PayPal, or Authorize.Net. Additionally, it's compatible with CRM systems like ZOHO, enabling your team to automatically log entries in Zoho CRM as Leads. Once these are approved, the information is forwarded to Zoho Books, which then assists in generating and dispatching an invoice to your client.
